The commentary on the first pasuk of Mizmor 119 has been updated today (Monday, March 28) to  reflect the fact that the categories of mitzvos introduced here are really aspects of mitzvos rather than unique lists of mitzvos. Thus, if Testimonies (Eidus) and Doctrines (Pikudim) are two categories of mitzvos, any mitzvah may have an aspect that is both a Testimony and Doctrine.
